Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience for booking events. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for different situations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for events that are canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer.
  • If an event is canceled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding service charges, where applicable).
  • If you voluntarily cancel your ticket, refund eligibility depends on the event’s individual cancellation policy. Please refer to the event details at the time of booking.

2. Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event cancellation announcement or at least 72 hours before the event (if voluntary cancellation is allowed).
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Once processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Proof of Refund

  • Upon successful refund, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction details.
  • A screenshot or document showing the credited amount can be provided upon request.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Tickets purchased under “No Refund” or “Non-Refundable” categories are not eligible for refunds.
  • Service charges, booking fees, or promotional discounts are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
